As much as we’d all love to sit around spending hours upon hours contouring our face, faking our bone structure, blending shadow into our creases and ensuring the fleekness of our eyebrows – ain’t nobody got time for that.

Most of the time, we find ourselves running out the front door, toast in one hand, blazer in the other, a can of Batiste stuck in our hair and a dry shampoo residue billowing behind us. And that’s on a good day.

We envy those office angels that sit there with perfect posture, a perfect pout and a perfectly beautified face.

But you know what, waking up at 6am isn’t for all of us. And that’s why we’ve enlisted the help of some our favourite beauty experts who have given us an insight into their simple, everyday, #flawless make-up look. And the best part? They should only take you five minutes, max. So on Monday morning, you can stroll into the office and wipe that smug look of your co-worker’s face. Your welcome!

“OK so this is literally my life everyday – I leave everything to the last minute! I think more than anything, skin is my biggest beauty hack. If I’m leaving in a hurry my priority is always a light layer of Make Up For Ever pan stick foundation blended out with my Nima Kabuki brush! This takes 20-30 seconds. A dab of concealer beneath my eyes to brighten up my face and a slick of highlighter across my cheek bones – A fresh dewy look is essential for me, no matter how late I am!”

“Between college, work and the blog, I am always on the go so I have mastered the 5 minute beauty routine. For me, I have to focus on my brows! Filling them in and creating a definite shape opens up my whole face making me look alive, even on early mornings. Along with a touch of mascara, white liner for the eye and a pop of nude gloss on my lips, I am ready to face whatever the day has in store, even if I did throw myself together.”

“After lightly cleansing, moisturising and using SPF 20 from Obagi -Zo medical range, I start with my eyebrows. I don’t face the world unless my spare brows are filled out! I use my trusty Rimmel pencil in Dark brown -its the perfect brunette shade without too much warmth. I then use KIKO cream concealer blended into areas with my ring finger and then the NO7 instant radiance stick in bronze. I apply it using my Blank canvas F40 brush onto the high points of my face, which gives a beautiful radiant glow to the skin while still looking natural -I get many compliments on my skin when I only wear this -its a great skin hack!
I have to have my lips feeling hydrated and I love tinted lip butters. At the moment my favourite is NYX Butter Gloss in the shade ‘tiramisu’. Finally, I spritz a subtle giant cloud of my favourite perfume and I’m ready for the day!”

“A great quick fix is dewy skin so literally massage some Strobe from the PS range at Penneys onto the skin, nude liner on the water line and a pop of gloss on the lips”

“Starting off, I would use a tiny bit of my go-to foundation which is Inglot HD Perfect cover Up Foundation. Then I use Kat Von D’s under eye concealer, followed by a tiny bit of contour, using the ABH contour kit. Lastly, I throw on Benefit’s mascara and finally, a lick of  lipgloss and I’m on my way in under 5 minutes! (Surprisingly)”
